Meg MacLeod
Director of Operations
Meg joined The Dowd Team in 2020, beginning her journey as our Transaction Coordinator before stepping into the role of Director of Operations in 2024. She grew up in the charming, small town of Rochester, MA, and graduated from UMass Dartmouth in 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photography. In 2021, Meg purchased her first home and made the move to the beautiful state of Rhode Island, where she now lives in Tiverton.
Meg's passion for real estate began long before her career—sparked by a love for HGTV, interior design, and the concept of “home.” After years as a full-time real estate photographer, she knew this industry was where she was meant to be. With a diverse background in insurance, law, and real estate, combined with her creativity and years of client service experience, Meg brings both precision and passion to her work. She thrives in supportive roles, ensuring every detail is handled while keeping the bigger picture in focus.
Outside of work, Meg enjoys music, art, and design, as well as hiking, exploring nature, and spending time with family and friends. She also loves the chance to unplug and go “off the grid” to recharge. Her mix of creativity, operational expertise, and heart for people makes her an invaluable part of The Dowd Team.
