With a deep love for Newport’s historic charm, coastal lifestyle, and vibrant community, Stacy Geddis brings a dynamic background and a lifelong passion for helping others to her real estate career in Newport, RI.
She holds a Master’s in Social Work, and spent years working as a children’s mental health counselor before transitioning into the private yachting industry. During nearly two decades living in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Stacy founded and successfully ran the first web-based yacht crew hiring platform—an entrepreneurial venture that gave her a global perspective and deep ties to the marine community.
It was through the yachting world that Stacy discovered Newport in 2007—and she instantly fell in love. After many summers enjoying the sailing culture, ocean breezes, and vibrant coastal energy, she and her husband purchased a second home in 2012 and relocated full-time in 2023.
Now a full-time resident, Stacy specializes in residential sales and rentals throughout Aquidneck Island and surrounding areas. Her approach is rooted in integrity, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping clients find their perfect home—whether it’s a seasonal escape, investment property, or forever residence.
With her strong connection to the marine industry, appreciation for Newport’s architectural beauty, and firsthand experience relocating from out of state, Stacy is a trusted guide for buyers and sellers alike. She offers a unique perspective for those transitioning from larger metropolitan areas to the charm and slower pace of coastal New England life.
Outside of real estate, Stacy enjoys exploring New England’s eclectic towns, attending local events, boating and soaking in seaside views with her husband—a marine surveyor—and their two Yorkies.
